Large diameter check valve
Product Overview
Check valves, also known as one-way valves or non-return valves, have their opening and closing elements automatically opened or closed by the flow and force of the medium. Their function is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from flowing backward.
Installation Notes
1. Do not let the check valve bear weight in the pipeline. Large check valves should be supported independently so that they are not affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system.
2. When installing, pay attention that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body.
3. Lift-type vertical flap check valves should be installed on vertical pipelines.
4. Lift-type horizontal flap check valves should be installed on horizontal pipelines.
